Women in Leadership

Debunking Myths, Defending Callings

The cover of "Women in Leadership" was born from the very essence of the book: a biblical, pastoral, and necessary reflection on the place of women in the leadership of the Church. The digital illustration was created to represent more than female faces. It brings together women of different ages, backgrounds, and ethnicities to communicate one central idea: God's calling does not belong to one culture, generation, gender or profile. It moves through stories, contexts, and realities. Black and white was used to bring sobriety and strength to the illustration. It prevents the cover from feeling merely decorative or overly delicate, keeping the subject in a place of dignity, seriousness, and presence. The gold details appear as small signs of value, honor, and calling, reminding us that the gifts given to women are precious to the life and mission of the Church. Magenta brings energy, courage, and a contemporary voice. It gives the cover presence and creates a strong contrast with the illustration, while still preserving elegance. It is a vivid, confident, and affirming color — suitable for a book that invites the reader to rethink old assumptions with greater openness and biblical faithfulness. On the back cover, the dove appears discreetly in the background as a reference to the Holy Spirit — Pentecost power came upon all, men and women, empowering the Church to fulfill its mission. The cover was designed to be strong, elegant, and spiritual. It communicates the theme without aggression, but also without neutrality.
